Yuva Chetna Kendra : As Role of Business Facilitator with State Bank of India | YUVA CHETNA KENDRA

Yuva Chetna Kendra has signed a memorandum of understanding with State Bank of India for the role of Business Facilitator in parts of operational area.

Groups of young women have been named Mahila Mandal. fourteen Mahila Mandals with a combined membership of 353 have been formed in Ghughuli development block of Maharajganj district.

Groups of young men have been named Yuva Club. There are two 14 Yuva Clubs with a membership of 341 in Ghughli development block of Maharanganj and Yuva Clubs with a membership of 20 in Rudrapur development block of Deoria district.

These groups are not engaged in savings and credit activities. They act as pressure groups to tackle various developmental problems and issues. They also help in mobilisation activities.

The groups have been imparted capacity building training. Group leaders have also been taken to exposure trips so as to enable them to learn by seeing.
